How product pricing, RFQs, online purchase requests and payments work at SmartCell.
Published prices and options
Product pages show published INR prices from the supplied product brochures. Smart Table 1200 is listed with a starting price; its final configuration price requires confirmation. ST12-PE and ST12-FE prices cover the table and the respective enclosure package. The brochure prices are not live EUR-to-INR conversions. GST treatment, freight, installation, optional equipment and robot inclusion must be confirmed. A priced subtotal may exclude unpriced options or products.
RFQ or purchase checkout
Request a quotation if you need help defining a configuration. You can also add equipment to your cart and submit a purchase request with company and delivery details. A request awaiting commercial review is not an accepted order and does not collect payment.
Confirmed totals and online payment
Online payment is offered only when the commercial total and supply scope are confirmed and the payment service is available. Review the confirmed equipment, applicable tax and freight before paying. Razorpay processes the payment; SmartCell marks the order paid after verifying a captured payment with the provider. If your bank is debited but confirmation is delayed, contact sales before paying again.
Quotations and GST invoices
Billing information and GST details are verified before invoicing. Issued quotation and invoice PDFs can be made available with your order. A cart, request acknowledgement or payment status page is not a GST tax invoice.
Technical scope and delivery
Confirm the robot model, mounting interface, tooling, safeguards, final dimensions and installation requirements before ordering. Renderings may show equipment outside the base supply. Freight, delivery timing and installation coverage depend on the agreed configuration and location in India.
Commercial agreement
Order acceptance, warranty, cancellation, returns, refunds, delivery and installation conditions are governed by the final quotation and sales agreement. Review these terms with SmartCell before payment.
