Information you submit

The forms collect contact, company, location, product and application details. Checkout also collects delivery information and an optional GSTIN. We do not collect card details.

Purpose and follow-up

Your request is saved for technical and commercial review. Your selected phone, WhatsApp or email preference is recorded together with your permission to contact you about the request. No marketing subscription is added.

WhatsApp and telephone links

A direct WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp with a product or RFQ reference in the message. You choose whether to send it. A call link opens your device’s calling application. Where direct contact is not available, you can request the relevant follow-up through the RFQ form.

Session cookies and request access

A session cookie maintains the cart, protects forms and controls access to request confirmations and documents. This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Guest request information is accessible in the submitting browser session. Orders placed while signed in are linked to that account and can be accessed after signing in on another device.

Customer accounts and company coupons

Accounts store your name, email, a one-way password hash and any company or delivery details you choose to save. Verification and recovery links are single-use and expire. Verified customers may link earlier guest requests that use their email address. Company coupons may be assigned to your email; code usage is recorded with saved purchase orders. Company staff can update order progress and delivery details. Account and login controls use essential session cookies and temporary hashed identifiers to limit repeated attempts. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact SmartCell to request corrections or discuss account deletion and records that must be retained for completed purchases.

Product comparison shortlist

If you compare products, their product identifiers are saved in this browser so your shortlist remains available as you browse. This list contains no contact or payment details. Use Clear in the comparison bar to remove the saved selection.

Questions and corrections

Use the contact form with your RFQ reference if you need to correct information or discuss its handling.

Online payments

If online payment is enabled for your confirmed order, Razorpay processes your payment details. SmartCell stores the order reference, amount and payment confirmation, but does not collect or store your card details. Review the payment provider’s privacy information in its checkout.
