ROBOT WORKSTATIONS FOR INDIAN MANUFACTURING
SmartCell provides modular robot tables, enclosed workcells, machine-tending platforms and robot mounts for manufacturing teams in India. They give you a place to build the process around the robot, from presenting a part to positioning a fixture.
You might be planning your first CNC machine-tending project, adding an assembly station or finding a better position for a robot beside an existing machine. Start with what the part needs: enough working space, a suitable pickup position and access for the people who run the process.
The SmartCell range lets you compare those mechanical layouts before committing to a configuration. Explore the dimensions, renderings and brochures, then bring your shortlist to a technical discussion. The robot, gripper, controls and integration are agreed as part of the complete supply.

WHERE SMARTCELL CAN FIT
A CNC workshop and an electronics assembly team handle different parts, but both need a layout that works around the task. Here are some applications to discuss when choosing your platform.
These are application starting points. Suitability depends on the actual part, robot and process.
REPEAT PART HANDLING
Repeated loading, unloading and checking can make the layout around a robot just as important as the robot itself. For automotive component production, start with how parts arrive at the station, where the robot picks them up and how it reaches the machine.
FIXTURES & BATCH WORK
Today’s batch may need a different fixture from yesterday’s. Before choosing a workstation, lay out the part, the fixture and the space needed to pick it up. Smart Table 1200 and Smart Table Long give you two working lengths to compare for your proposed process.
ASSEMBLY & INSPECTION LAYOUTS
An assembly or inspection station needs room for more than a robot. Fixtures, cameras, test equipment and operator access all influence the layout. A table or enclosed workcell can be considered as the mechanical base, with electrical and ESD requirements specified separately for the application.
PICKING & PART PRESENTATION
For handling projects involving moulded parts, the first questions are often simple: how will each part be presented, where can it be gripped and where should it go next? Compare the available working areas with your tray and part sizes before discussing the robot and tooling.
ROBOT POSITION & PROCESS ACCESS
When planning a robot station around an existing process, mounting position affects reach and access. A pedestal or an overhead arrangement gives you different layouts to evaluate. Bring the robot model and a drawing of the work area so the mounting interface, loads and anchoring can be reviewed.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
A clear view of the mechanical platform helps when developing a customer application, a demonstration or a training station. Use the drawings, working areas and available options to plan where the robot, fixtures and controls will sit, then define the integration work around that layout.

SMART TABLE LONG 2400 MM WORKING LENGTHSEE HOW IT FITS
If your process needs room for more than one fixture or a longer part layout, look at Smart Table Long. Its two detachable tables provide a combined 2400 × 800 mm working area. Use the drawings to check how that space fits the job and the surrounding equipment.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO AUTOMATE?
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PRODUCT
You do not need a finished automation design to start a conversation. A few details from the shop floor help narrow down the right platform and make the quotation more useful.
Describe the step you want to automate: loading a machine, moving a part, assisting an assembly operation or presenting a component for inspection. Include part dimensions, weight and the production volume you are planning for.
Allow space for the part, gripper and fixtures, as well as operator access and maintenance. For example, Smart Table 1200 has a 1200 × 800 mm working area; Smart Table Long provides 2400 × 800 mm. Robot reach and access still need to be checked against the complete layout.
List the platform, robot, tooling, controls and any enclosure or safeguarding requirements. Share your delivery PIN code and whether installation support is needed. This helps separate the published equipment price from the complete project cost.

Clear answers about the products, possible applications and ordering in India.
SmartCell is a range of modular robot tables, workcells, machine-tending platforms and robot mounts for manufacturing applications. These products provide the mechanical starting point for a robot station. The robot, gripper, fixtures, controls and integration are defined around the job you want to automate.
Automotive component suppliers, precision engineering workshops, electronics manufacturers, plastics businesses and general engineering companies can explore SmartCell for suitable handling, machine-tending, assembly or inspection projects. Automation integrators and technical training teams can also compare the range. Product suitability is assessed against the actual parts, robot and process.
Start by comparing ProFeeder S and Smart Desk 1200 Inclined for part presentation, and Smart Pedestal 900 if the layout needs a separate robot mount. The choice depends on part size and weight, gripper clearance, robot reach, machine access and the number of parts you want to present.
Smart Table 1200 provides an open workstation with a 1200 × 800 mm working area. Smart Workcell 1200 (ST12-PE) combines that table with a partial enclosure. Smart Workcell 1200 Enclosed (ST12-FE) combines it with a full enclosure. Guarding and interlocks are specified for the complete application during integration.
Choose a table as your starting point when the layout needs a surface for fixtures, parts and process equipment. Consider a pedestal when you need a separate mounting position for the robot. Check reach, mounting interface and loads before deciding; a pedestal may be one part of a larger cell layout.
The renderings illustrate possible applications. They do not establish that a robot, gripper, controller, fixtures or other illustrated equipment is included. Check the published base supply and ask for a quotation that lists the complete configuration you need.
